How we complete work
Client Consultation & Site Survey
Understand operational conditions, materials to be handled, temperature, and chemical exposure.
Inspect existing setup or new design scope.
Technical Evaluation & Proposal
Select appropriate refractory/acid-proof materials or heating elements.
Share detailed project estimate, material specs, BOQ, and execution plan.
Engineering Design & Drawings
Develop structural drawings, expansion joints, anchors, and heating layouts.
Define layering patterns, insulation thickness, and fixing methods.
Material Procurement & Quality Check
Source certified refractory bricks, acid-resistant tiles/bricks, mortars, or heating coils.
Inspect for dimensions, density, strength, chemical resistance, and temperature rating.
Surface Preparation & Pre-Installation
Clean and level the working surface.
Apply primer or chemical-resistant coatings where needed (for acid-proof jobs).
Set up scaffolding, templates, and anchoring.
Installation & Lining Execution
Bricklaying with proper bonding mortar, joint thickness, and alignment.
Apply acid-resistant tiles/bricks using rubber/phenolic/epoxy-based mortars.
Fix heating coils and embed sensors or thermocouples as per design.
Curing, Drying & Heat-Up
Allow curing (natural or controlled) as per mortar/lining specifications.
Perform controlled heat-up or baking schedule to avoid thermal shock.
Testing & Final Inspection
Check refractory lining integrity, acid resistance, heating element continuity, and insulation.
Run leakage or spark testing (for acid linings), and simulate heating performance.
Handover & Documentation
Provide completion report, test certificates, heat-up log, and future maintenance instructions.
After-Sales Support & Maintenance
Offer periodic inspection, patching services, or system upgrades as needed.
