2. Scope of Work

All work undertaken will be as per mutually agreed scope, drawings, and specifications mentioned in the work order or purchase order.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices are based on current raw material costs and are valid for a specific period. Payment terms (e.g., advance, milestone-based) will be mentioned in the invoice or contract.

4. Warranties and Liabilities

Workmanship is typically warranted for a limited period (e.g., 6–12 months) under normal operating conditions. Suman Refractory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Cancellation or Delay

Cancellation or delays not caused by Suman Refractory may incur additional charges or rescheduling fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All drawings, specifications, and technical documents shared remain the intellectual property of Suman Refractory unless otherwise agreed.

7. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
